We prefer the coaching model to the consulting model. It’s the “teach a man to fish” approach. It’s more fun for us to teach you how to improve your company, than to just do it. Plus, it works better if you do it!

Also, we prefer the collaborative approach rather than the “top-down” approach. We would rather work with you to design a solution than tell you what’s best for your company. After all, you are the expert on your company, and we can show you how to access the knowledge you have that is just out of reach. Of course, if you need your options researched, we’ll either find the answers for you or find someone who can.
