What does a typical day look like?
A typical training day is 6 hours, often 9 a.m. to noon and 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. Hours can be adjusted to suit your company’s schedule and needs. For example, some companies wish to schedule a one-day class only in the morning or afternoon on consecutive days. Many companies schedule one training day each week or each month.
I’m not sure what training we need.
Our curriculum specialists can work with you to determine the best solution for your training needs.
Since we can tailor each course for your company, the instructor will meet with you in person or by phone prior to the training day. We also like to meet with you after the training (either on the same day or as a follow-up visit) to evaluate the training and see if follow-up sessions or additional coaching or consulting are indicated.
I don’t think my company could fill a session.
If you don’t have enough participants for a session, consider a joint venture with a partner company. Or ask us to put together a class with your “power partner” companies. In some cases, we could put together a class for a specific job niche from a number of companies. You can garner a significant discount by offering to host such a class.
How big are the classes?
Classes are based on a maximum of 20 participants for a fixed fee. For additional participants, a per-participant fee is charged for materials.
I don’t think we need an entire day on certain subjects.
Most of the classes in the catalogue can be tailored in length as well as content. For example, if you want a comprehensive training for your sales team, you can request a five-day course. Basic highlights can be introduced in a two-hour class, or you can choose to offer participants specific aspects for whatever time period you choose. You can also mix and match courses, which may involve different instructors.
We recommend that you design a semi-annual or annual training curriculum. This allows participants to look forward to upcoming trainings, which starts the learning process even before our instructors arrive!
We can’t afford to take a whole day for training. Are there other options?
We can schedule a “Lunch & Learn Series” with a live instructor or via webinar. Your employees can attend this one- to two- hour mini-class while enjoying their lunches.
Are only my company’s employees allowed to attend?
With your permission, we may invite other companies to the webinars. However, live sessions are normally limited to your company.
